 ilmworks is launching an interactive web forum in 2008 called oneblue.tv presenting a wide range of knowledge and opinions concerning America and Islam, citizen diplomacy, the critical role of women and the media in cultivating cultural dialogue, and the importance of media education in fostering international understanding.
In consultation with the Alwaleed Center for Muslim - Christian Understanding (ACMCU) at Georgetown University, ilmworks is working with college students in the Washington DC area in researching and producing original interviews with experts, opinion leaders and youth regarding America and Islam and the "clash of civilizations" paradigm which dominates discussion about Islam and the West. |

| Weekly TV Series |
| ilmworks is developing a weekly television program related to its website, oneblue.tv, for broadcast via second-tier PBS stations, Bridges TV (a new English language cable TV network operated by American Muslims ), and other global media networks and internet outlets. The series will help fill the remarkable lack of sound information and reasonable discourse available in mainstream American media. |

| Silicon Valley Journalism That Matters Conference |
| ilmworks is contributing to the planning and development of the Journalism That Matters conference taking place in Silicon Valley April 30 – May 3, 2008 at the Yahoo! Conference Center in Sunnyvale, CA. ilmworks is working closely with the IP Society in Silicon Valley on a series of follow-on conferences exploring the involvement of interfaith organizations in issues of media reform and social justice. |

| Science, Religion and Public Policy Conference |
| ilmworks is helping to plan and develop an international conference, “Science and Religion in the Realm of Public Policy” hosted by the Center for Science, Technology and Society at Santa Clara University (SCU) in April, 2009. Working with Center Director, Geoffrey Bowker, and faculty members of SCU and Georgetown University, ilmworks will involve students from diverse backgrounds in facilitating media coverage and discussion of ideas presented at this conference to a global audience. |
